Key-Farmer ("we," "us," or "our") develops plug-ins for Adobe Premiere Pro. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information.

Our plug-ins run locally within Adobe Premiere Pro on your computer. The plug-ins do not collect, transmit, or store project data, media files, timeline data, editing activity, analytics, tracking data, or telemetry.

The Key-Farmer website may use Cloudflare services for security, performance, and basic website traffic analytics. These website-level services are separate from the plug-ins and are not used to collect plugin project data, media files, timeline data, or editing activity.

If you contact Key-Farmer through the support form, the information you provide is used only to respond to your support request. We do not add support contacts to marketing lists or sell support information.

When you use the support form, Key-Farmer collects the email address you provide, optional name, optional order or purchase reference, selected plugin, optional Premiere Pro version, optional operating system, and message content. This information is used to respond to purchase, installation, plugin issue, or workflow questions.

Support form submissions are sent to the Key-Farmer support inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. Resend processes the submission only as needed to deliver the support message.

Our plug-ins are distributed through the Adobe Exchange marketplace. Your interaction with Adobe Exchange is governed by Adobe's own privacy policy.

The Key-Farmer website may use Cloudflare for security, performance, DNS, and basic website analytics.

The support form uses Resend to deliver messages to Key-Farmer support. Your interaction with Resend as part of a support request is limited to email delivery for that request.
